With active licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health across 10 states, Beth founded Atlas Alliance Insurance Group to move away from the "one-size-fits-all" model. After years in the industry, she recognized that clients need more than just a policy—they need a navigator.

Whether she is managing complex risk across state lines or personalizing a plan for a local family, Beth brings a straightforward, independent approach to every alliance she builds. When she isn't mapping out protection strategies for her clients, you can usually find her visiting a coffee shop, browsing the farmers markets, or watching history documentaries with her cats.

Sydney serves as the operational backbone of Atlas Alliance Insurance Group, ensuring that every client receives the high-touch, organized service they deserve. From managing intricate scheduling to coordinating with our network of top-rated carriers, Sydney keeps the agency on course.

Currently transitioning into a licensed producer role, Sydney is deeply committed to the Atlas Alliance mission of client advocacy. Sydney is a dedicated team member who brings a kind, approachable energy to the office. Outside of work, she is an avid cook and true crime enthusiast who enjoys discovering obscure, "wild" facts and spending quality time with her family.
